  • Teeing Up FORE The Kids

    The chance of rain didn’t stop loyal supporters of the Harbor from making the drive to League City for Boys & Girls Harbor’s annual charity golf tournament. It ended up being a wonderful day for golf and for the children of Boys & Girls Harbor.’Teeing Up FORE the Kids’ was held on Monday, May 11 at South Shore Harbour Country Club. The day included lunch, a round of golf, dinner, silent auction, and a special golf vacation raffle. The raffle included a three night stay in a Garden View room at The Inn at Spanish Bay in Pebble Beach, California with golf for two players on Pebble Beach Golf Links and Links of Spanish Bay and an $800 certificate for airfare.The LyondellBasell cooking team, a long-time supporter of the Harbor, provided a delicious dinner for participants.Castex Foundation was the event’s Ace Sponsor. Other sponsors included Gorman Uniform Service; Independent Insurance Agents of Houston Charitable Foundation; Swanberg USA, Inc.; Munsch Hardt Kopf & Harr, PC; George Reese; Advisors Financial Group; CenterPoint Energy, RE/MAX Cinco Ranch, and Veritas Title Partners.First Place Net went to the team of Randy Musgrove, Michael Hopkins, and Darwin Clisham. First Place Gross went to the Shell Deer Park team, Tim Herera, Toby Mendoza, Jeff Kyne, and Eric Imhoff.
